Executive Cyber Leadership

Stop reacting
to the next incident.
Start managing
risk before it
manages you.

Cyber is no longer a technology problem. It is a business leadership challenge.

Operatingwithout clarity.

You think you are doing the right things. You evaluate yet another vendor who promises to be the solution, run yet another survey that produces yet another list of findings, go through yet another audit that takes up a week of work, implement yet another standard that needs to be "met," and produce yet another report that ends up in a drawer. You do the work, tick the box, and move on.

But in reality, something else is happening. You invest time, budget, and resources, yet you are still not sure you are focusing on the right things.

Out of the need to understand the real level of risk, prepare for regulation and audits, and restore a genuine sense of control, Cyyder was born.

Roee Besser

Not just anothercyber firm.

Over decades of working with organizations, leadership teams, and regulators, I kept seeing the same pattern: the core problem was not just technological. It was a leadership problem.

Organizations did not fail because they did not buy another security product.
They failed because leadership did not receive the right information at the right time, in a language that enabled better decisions.

When clarity is missing, decisions are made on assumptions rather than on understanding.

That is why I built Cyyder differently.

Cyyder connects leadership, regulation, privacy, risk, and technology into a clear business perspective, so leadership can focus on what really matters:

Making better
decisions.

Cyyder Doesn't Sell Security. We Deliver Executive Clarity.

Clear Understanding

Know what truly matters, what deserves immediate attention, and what can be managed over time. Not another list of findings that ends up in a drawer — but actionable insights that support better decisions.

From Fear to Risk Management

Organizations that operate from a position of fear react to events. Cyyder gives you back control — from understanding, not from anxiety.

Cyber as a Strategic Capability

Manage cybersecurity the same way you manage any other business risk: in line with your growth objectives, regulatory requirements, organizational structure, and leadership's risk appetite.

Trusted Advisor

Not another vendor. Cyyder serves as a trusted advisor, helping executive teams understand risk, navigate uncertainty, and act with confidence — so they can make better decisions.

Supplier Risk Management Starts with the Contract

An infrastructure organization had engaged dozens of suppliers and contractors without uniform requirements, without a common language, and with every engagement reviewed from scratch. I designed and implemented a supplier risk management framework that embeds standard cyber addenda into procurement processes. The result: information security, privacy, and incident reporting requirements are built in at the contractual stage, before any supplier gains access. Approval cycles shortened significantly, and the organization moved from reactive posture to a governance-driven model.
